1. Shipping Carrier

All shipments of our wholesale fragrance raw materials are processed and handled by Federal Express (FedEx) or DHL.

We have partnered with FedEx and DHL to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders.

2. Shipping Timeframe

Orders are typically shipped to destinations approximately 30-40 days from the date that order payment has cleared out account.

Please note that this timeframe includes the necessary processing and preparation of your order, which takes place at our supplier's facilities in France.

Once your order has been inspected and is ready to be dispatched, you will be notified by email and SMS with tracking details.

3. Shipping Documentation

Federal Express (FedEx) will provide all necessary shipping
documentation, including invoices, dangerous goods note, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS), with your shipment.

These documents will comply with international shipping regulations to ensure a smooth customs clearance process.

* We do not provide any product labeling documents (INCI, CPSR). You would need to process an application for this documentation from your local authority, when you have a ready retail product to sell and label.

4. Shipping Updates

We kindly request that customers refrain from contacting us for shipping updates or information until at least 30 days have passed from the date of order payment.

Prior to this timeframe, your order will still be in the processing stage at our suppliers facilities in France. We appreciate your patience as we work diligently to prepare and ship your order to your destination.

You will be notified by email and SMS with tracking details once your order is dispatched, after around 30-40 days of the order payment date.

5. Shipping Costs

Please be aware that all goods are sold Ex Works (EXW). Cost of freight and Insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping costs are calculated on checkout when you place the order, based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping destination.

You will be provided with the shipping cost at the time of checkout.

Please note that any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient upon arrival and may vary depending on your location.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during the checkout process is accurate and complete. Always include your phone number; this will be provided to the carrier.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

7. International Shipping (Non EU/UK)

We offer international shipping to select countries. If you are placing
an international order, please be aware of any import regulations or restrictions in your country, as it is your responsibility to ensure

All destinations outside the EU and UK zones are exempt from VAT charges.

If other import fees are applicable in your country, the carrier will submit a payment request before delivery.

8. EU Shipping

For EU destinations (including Ireland), if a valid EU VAT number is supplied with your order VAT will not be invoiced.

If you do not provide a VAT number with your order, you will be charged VAT on the order amount by the carrier.

All destinations outside the EU are exempt from VAT charges.

For EU Customers we have partnerships in place with a number of well-established freight operators including DPD, FedEx and DHL.

The freight quotation in your order invoice is based on the size of your order.

9. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to meet our estimated shipping timeframe of around 30-40 days, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances, although not normal, such as supplier shortages, customs inspections or transportation issues.

We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays that may affect your order.
