Payment Method: Bank Transfer Only

At Amber&Oud, we accept payment exclusively through bank transfers. We do not accept credit card payments on our website for wholesale bulk orders. We have implemented this payment method to ensure secure and efficient financial transactions for our customers.

We can also send a payment request through our financial service, Wise. If you want to pay by payment request, leave a note with your order and go through the purchase process as normal. Wise will offer the option to pay through a Wise account, or to provide access to our Bank Transfer details.

Order Reservation and Processing:

Please note that orders will not be reserved or processed until full payment has been received and confirmed. We kindly request that you initiate the payment process promptly to avoid any delays in the fulfillment of your order.

Payment Details:

To make a payment via bank transfer, please follow these steps:

1. Place the products you wish to purchase in the shopping cart, ensuring that the minimum order value of £3,000 for UK based order is met, or £5,000 for non-UK orders is met.

2. Proceed to the checkout page, where you will be prompted to enter your shipping information, including the recipient's name.

3. If applicable, enter the VAT information as required.

4. Review and confirm any applicable delivery fees.

5. Once you have completed these details and have the total order amount, the bank transfer information, including IBAN (International Bank Account Number) and BIC (Bank Identifier Code), will be provided to you on the order confirmation page.

6. Make a note of this information or print the page for your reference.

7. Order confirmation will be emailed to you. In the email confirmation you can also download a PDF with the invoice and bank transfer details on the invoice. Your payment need to be made within 7 days to keep your order reservation active. We delete order notifications after 7 days.

Please ensure that you include the invoice number and the recipient's name with your bank transfer to help us accurately match your payment to your order.

Important Note: Bank transfers may take some time to process, depending on your bank and location. We recommend initiating the payment at your earliest convenience to expedite the order fulfillment process.
