This guide will help you navigate the wholesale fragrance oil purchasing process, from selection to delivery. With minimum orders of £800 (UK orders). Understanding the complete workflow is essential for a smooth transaction.

Choosing Your Fragrance Oils

  • Browse our comprehensive online catalog of fragrance oils categorized 
  • Consider seasonal trends and customer preferences when making selections
  • Each product listing includes detailed profiles and performance characteristics
  • Samples in 5ml are available prior to large orders (contact sales representative)


Meeting the Minimum Order Requirement

  • All wholesale orders require a minimum purchase (MOQ) of £800 for UK orders. We do not accept wholesale orders below this amount. 
  • Volume discounts are applied automatically at higher purchase thresholds
  • Mix and match different fragrance oils to reach the minimum order value


Ordering Process: Placing Your Order

Cart and Checkout

We accept online payment for UK customers. For non-UK buyers, we have the option of payment through bank transfers towards a pro-forma invoice. 

  1. Add desired products to your cart until reaching the £800 minimum (MOQ).
  2. Proceed to checkout to review your selections 
  3. Complete the checkout process by submitting your order (if this process is not completed, the order will not reach us)
  4. No payment is required during checkout 
  5. *Orders below the minimum order value (MOQ) will be rejected 

 

Order Confirmation

  • You'll receive an order confirmation email containing your invoice due:
    • Itemized list of selected products
    • Total order value
    • Bank transfer details for payment
    • Order reference number (keep this for all communications)


Payment Process

Bank Transfer Details

  • Payment must be made via bank transfer using the details provided in your confirmation email. 
  • Pay within 7 business days of the date the invoice is issued. 
  • Include your order reference number in the transfer description. 
  • Orders remain pending until full payment is received and confirmed. 
  • No partial payments are accepted. 


Order Processing Timeline

Production Schedule

  • Order processing begins only after payment transfer confirmation
  • Custom processing takes approximately 4-5 weeks
  • You'll receive status updates at key production milestones
  • Rush processing options are not available for wholesale orders 
  • Make sure to provide a mobile number for WhatsApp updates, so we can update you with the order progress and shipping details 


 

Shipping and Delivery

Fulfillment Process

  • Orders are shipped from the fulfillment center closest to your location
  • All required Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are provided to the shipping carrier (FedEx)
  • Shipping costs are included in your order total
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships
  • Document guidlines on how to prepare and macerate the fragrance oils into perfumes are emailed once the order is shipped. 


Import Considerations

  • Taxes are not included in the order price
  • Import duties, VAT, or customs fees may be assessed upon arrival
  • You are responsible for all import taxes in your destination country
  • Check local regulations regarding fragrance oil imports before ordering

Return Policy

  • Wholesale orders are not refundable. 
  • Claims for damaged or incorrect products must be made within 7 days of receipt. 
  • Custom formulated orders cannot be returned. 
  • Replacement or credit is provided for verified damage or product issues.
